Evidence is our starting point
We chose the name Axiom because it captures our philosophy: in mathematics, an axiom is the only truth that requires no proof. Everything else — including every claim about a treatment — must be proven with rigorous data. That is precisely the work of our site.
Clinical research, done with rigor and warmth
Our mission is to generate reliable clinical evidence while protecting, at every step, the people who make it possible. We do not provide primary care or commercial treatments: we conduct research protocols approved by ethics boards, with informed consent and close follow-up.
We work for three audiences at once: participants who deserve clarity and respect, physicians who need dependable answers, and sponsors and CROs who require quality data, responsible recruitment, and transparent communication.

Our facility on Forest Hill Blvd is equipped for study visits, sample collection and processing, controlled storage of investigational medication, and sponsor monitoring.
Our location, alongside Montesol Medical Centers, makes participation easy for the local community: interested patients can be evaluated without long commutes.
Principal Investigator
Horacio Valladares, MD
Dr. Valladares leads the medical conduct of every protocol at the site: he oversees participant eligibility, safety throughout the study, and the integrity of the clinical data.
His practice combines clinical experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training, and a clear commitment: that every participant understands their study and feels supported throughout the process.
